HealthCare Planners, Inc. is an independent insurance broker established in 2005 by Frank LeVett, Jr. to provide knowledge, guidance and assistance concerning the purchase of health and life insurance. While a manager and regional VP with American Republic Insurance Company, Frank realized that one company’s products weren’t enough to service growing health insurance needs.

Founder
Frank founded HealthCare Planners in 2005. He has been a healthcare planner for more than 27 years. He is licensed to sell Accident, Life, Medicare and Health Insurance in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Maine, Ohio, and Arizona. He has a passion for the senior market and selling Medicare.
Will Arndt
Insurance Agent
Will has held an insurance license for 15 years. He has been a health care planner for 6 years, and he sells Life, Health, Long-term Care, Property, and Casualty Insurance in Michigan, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
Cathi Munley
Office Administrator
Cathi has worked at HealthCare Planners for 13 years. She works as a customer support liaison. She is an excellent problem solver and your go-to person for any questions you may have as our client.
